Stainless and mild steel, turned to the same brass-grade discipline.

Overview

Many customers need steel alongside brass. Rajhans runs stainless (SS 303, 304, 316) and mild steel (EN1A, EN8) on the same CNC and Traub platforms, applying identical inspection discipline so you consolidate vendors without consolidating risk.

Typical work includes shafts, dowel pins, bushes, studs, spacers and threaded adaptors — supplied natural, passivated or zinc-plated as the drawing demands.

Typical Applications

  • Shafts, dowel pins and locators
  • Bushes, spacers and standoffs
  • Studs, set screws and threaded adaptors
  • Valve and instrumentation internals
  • Machine-building hardware
